How is Pressure Washing Priced

Understanding the mechanisms that form a part of pressure washing pricing is something that we feel like a lot more people should do at this current point in time. That has a lot to do with the disparity in prices that the market is currently seeing due to the veritable flood of newcomers many of whom are just trying to make a quick buck. There are two basic ways in which you would be charged for any and all pressure cleaning that you get done by experts, and we will expand on both of them in the interests of improving customer knowledge.

The first way in which your power wash might get priced is by the hour. There are quite a few companies that use this pricing policy, but suffice it to say that it is the least effective one that you can go for. It might be far better for you to opt for service providers that utilize the second method, namely using the total area of the surface and giving you a rate based on that.

Per square foot rates for pressure washing can be anywhere from thirty to sixty cents, and as a result of the fact that this is the case a thousand square foot service will cost about three to six hundred dollars to wash in its entirety. You should be ready to pay this amount by saving it well beforehand. Putting aside thirty or so dollars a month should give you enough for a good pressure washing about once a year which is a fairly reasonable sum to save if you earn a good income from the white collar job that you currently hold.
